About me
Paratrooper with over 4,000 jumps, instructor in multiple sports, personal trainer, adventure rider, passionate about extreme sports, walking safari guide and venomous snake catcher in Africa… I’ve faced extreme physical challenges, but the hardest falls came from within. And from there, every time, I chose to rise, becoming a better version of myself.
I’ve fused military discipline, field experience, deep inner work, and multiple falls into a coaching method that’s authentic and transformational. Today, I help those ready to rise again — in body and mind — through The Art of Rising Up.
The book
Andrea Fast has lived more lives than can fit in a single line.
